Our Commitment to You

We want you to be thrilled with your new WNBA poster. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your poster must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmarked, and free of any damage such as creases, tears, or stains.

Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging (e.g., the shipping tube) to ensure they are protected during transit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at cultureposterbiz@gmail.com to begin the return process.
2. Provide Your Details: In your email, please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return (e.g., no longer needed, wrong size, etc.). If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the new poster you would like.
3. Await Instructions: We will review your request and reply within 1−2 business days with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5−7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your poster for a different one, please follow the return process outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange for payment or a partial refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our posters, but accidents can happen. If your poster arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at cultureposterbiz@gmail.com .

Please include your order number and a photo of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost and will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Custom or personalized posters
• Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

• For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
